New Zealand Fish Oil that is sourced from a deep-water fish native to the clean southern waters of New Zealand, wild-caught with naturally low contamination risk. It is richer in EPA and DHA than many mass-market alternatives, and lower in heavy metals and environmental contaminants like mercury and PCBs. It is most important to use a high-quality sourced fish oil to ensure full benefits — cheaper oils of dubious origin can actually be detrimental. 

New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel. This very powerful supplement is derived from New Zealand's pristine coastal waterways. While fish oil contains two kinds of omega-3 fatty acids being Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), the green-lipped mussel also contains a third called Eicosatetraenoic Acid (ETA). While all omega-3 fatty acids have the ability to reduce inflammation by blocking the enzymes (lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase) that contribute to it, ETA is a rare form that goes one step further: it actually works at the gene level to support a reduced production of cyclooxygenase. This means support for less inflammation, and mobility joint friction.

Vitamin E (d-Alpha Tocopherol). The essential antioxidant preservative for any oil-based supplement. Supports skin barrier function. Source from NZ sunflower or mixed tocopherols where possible.
